Laminaria (Laminaria digitata, thallus), D.E., equivalent to algae powder: 500 mg
Fucus (Fucus vesiculosus, thallus), D.E., equivalent to algae powder: 120 mg
Wakame (Undaria pinnatifida, thallus), D.E., equivalent to algae powder : 100 mg

DIRECTIONS
