According to the Spanish Diabetes Society, more than 10 million Spaniards have problems with excess blood glucose. Of them, half are diabetic and the other half are in prediabetic states.

There is talk of prediabetes when blood glucose levels after an 8-hour fast are above 110 mg/dl but below 125 mg/dl. A glycemia below 110 is considered normal and above 125 you would talk about diabetes itself.
WHAT HYGIENIC-DIETARY STANDARDS DO YOU WANT TO FOLLOW?

It is very important to control blood glucose levels in these early stages of prediabetes in order to avoid its evolution.

For this, the most important thing is to maintain a series of dietary and lifestyle guidelines that will help us control those blood glucose figures.

Recommendations of the Spanish Society of Endocrinology and Nutrition:

  1. The diet has to be balanced and the caloric content adequate to maintain or achieve a healthy weight.
  2. Carbohydrates have to be, above all, complex carbohydrates with a low glycemic index. Avoid sugars.
  3. Your diet must be rich in fibre, low in salt, low in saturated fats and alcohol free.
  4. To sweeten foods, use acaloric sweeteners.
  5. You should do physical exercise on a regular basis, alternating aerobic physical exercise with anaerobic or strength exercise, always adapted to the particular conditions of each individual.

Morus alba [D.E., std. to 1% 1-deoxynojirimycin (DNJ)], Maqui (D.E., std. to 8% anthocyanins), Banaba (D.E., std. to 1% corosolic acid), Anti-caking agents (microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide), Chromium picolinate. Coating: Water, Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.

Anthocyanins supply: 24 mg
Banaba D.E.: 80 mg
Corosolic acid supply: 800 µg
Morus alba D.E.: 460 mg
DNJ supply: 4,6 mg

Not recommended during pregnancy or breast-feeding.
Do not take this food supplement if you have an allergy or intolerance to one of its ingredients.

Take 1 capsule with lunch and 1 capsule with dinner with water.
