Melatonin contributes to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep. Beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin close to bedtime.
Melatonin contributes to the alleviation of subjective feelings of jet lag. Beneficial effect is obtained with a minimum intake of 0,5 mg to be taken close to bedtime on the first day of travel and on the following few days after arrival at the destination.

Melatonin and sleep

Melatonin is a hormone synthesized in our body from the amino acid tryptophan. It is called the sleep hormone. Its synthesis is subject to a circadian rhythmof 24 hours, increasingwith darkness and decreasingwith >ambient light.

Melatonin helps reduce the time needed to fall asleep. Melatonin helps alleviate the subjective sensation of jet lag (jet lag). The beneficial effect is obtained with a minimum intake of 0.5 mg, which should be taken shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and a few days after arrival at the destination.

Melatonin: 1 mg

Take 1 ml half an hour before bedtime.
Shake the flask before opening. Close it well after using and store in the fridge.
