Melatonin contributes to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep. Beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin close to bedtime.

Melatonin contributes to the alleviation of subjective feelings of jet lag. Beneficial effect is obtained with a minimum intake of 0,5 mg to be taken close to bedtime on the first day of travel and on the following few days after arrival at the destination.

Dextrose, Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose),
Stabiliser (crosslinked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose), Melatonin, Anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate).

Per 1 tablet:
Melatonin: 1,95 mg

Not recommended for people under 18.

Do not take this food supplement if you have an allergy or intolerance to one of its ingredients.
Not recommended during pregnancy or breast-feeding.

Take 1 tablet a half hour before bedtime. Dissolve the tablet under the tongue.
