Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise.
The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.

Do not take this food supplement if you have an allergy or intolerance to one of its ingredients.
Not recommended for renal failure (supplements rich in protein may present a risk of renal overload).
Not recommended for diabetes (creatine affects insulin secretion).
Avoid caffeine-containing drinks (coffee, cola, energy drinks ...) while taking creatine. Caffeine reduces muscular phosphocreatine synthesis from creatine.
Excessive consumption may cause muscle cramps, that are caused by its own mechanism of action by increasing the water inside the muscle cell.

Mix the recommended dose of creatine in a caffeine-free sweetened drink. Take before training.
Loading phase: 1 dosing scoop (5 g) 4 times a day, during a 5-day period. Recommended daily consumption: 4 dosing scoops (20 g).
Maintenance phase: 1 dosing scoop (5 g) a day. Recommended daily consumption: 1 dosing scoop (5 g).
Drink at least about 1,5-2 liters of water per day.
