Liquid extract of Valerian: 0,75 ml
Liquid extract of Passion flower: 0,374 ml
Liquid extract of Oats: 0,374 ml
Lemon balm essential oil: 1,5 µl
Per 45 drops (2,25 ml):
Liquid extract of Valerian: 1,124 ml
Liquid extract of Passion flower: 0,562 ml
Liquid extract of Oats: 0,562 ml
Lemon balm essential oil: 2,25µl

Directions
Take from 10 to 15 drops three times a day. Add the drops on a spoon and take directly, or dissolve them in water or Herbodiet infusion. Recommended daily consumption: 30-45 drops (1,5 ml - 2,25 ml). Shake before opening.
