Per 2 spoonfuls (20 ml):
Plants mix: 0,24 ml
Propolis: 0,10 ml

Not recommended during pregnancy or breast-feeding.
Do not take this food supplement if you have an allergy or intolerance to one of its ingredients.

Take 1 spoonful (10 ml), before breakfast and one before dinner.
Recommended daily consumption: 2 spoonfuls (20 ml).
